How to: change an employee’s job title

Overview
You can change an employee’s job title to assign the compensation and benefits for that particular job title. Once you change an employee’s job title, their compensation information will immediately update.
Process
- Select the
People
option in the left side navigation bar. - Next, look for the employee that you would like to edit. Click the edit

button on the far right end of the employee’s row. You will see the “Edit Employee” modal open up.
- In the “Edit Employee” modal, select the caret

button that is to the right side of the employee’s job title. - You’ll see a drop down of all the job titles for your company. Select the new job title you would like to assign to the employee.
- Click the
Save
button when you’re done. You’ll see a confirmation message at the bottom right side of the “People” page that lets you know the employee has been successfully updated.
All set! You have updated your employee’s job title.
